Utterly useless as usual. I’m not sure who owns this franchise but you need to get to grips with it. You are obviously blind to it being run into the ground or you simply don’t care about the atrocious service here. This has been going on like it for some time. If you don’t care about your business, let someone else give it a go. Surely couldn’t be any worse. Ronald will be turning in his grave!!
No wonder this place has been awarded the worst in Cornwall. If it’s not cold food it’s incorrect but now apparently they don’t do the loyalty drinks.??? Think someone need more training. Oh well there are plenty of better places near that don’t ask you to park up, get your order wrong or serve cold food nearly every time.
As a local, we frequent this branch every Saturday. The past three of four visits, our order totalling £28 has been wrong, with fries missing and burgers being incorrect, not to mention the food often being cold when we get home. Very disappointing, once again
Handy place always open, and has consistently good food. I’d like to see the Uber Eats drivers and the like using a tradesmen’s entrance however rather than plonking their dirty bags on the tables and loitering around when people are trying to dine. Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered a Cheeseburger with fries and a diet coke from the drive through. Got home and started eating, and realised no Cheese in the Burger. Wasn't going to drive back from Penryn to Falmouth again.
Fast food?? You mean very slow food. Useless drive through service!!! Took forever to get our food and when it arrived it was cold. Someone needs to get to grips with that place!!
The coffee and iced coffee is much better than truro mcdonalds. It is slightly stronger than that truro **** which is a shame as I live in truro. Falmouth Frappechino Réservez une table maintenant
This place has to be a world record holder... for constantly having items unavailable. Service is often slower than Royal **** Mail as well.
