This place is very bad about mobile app orders. I've been here many times where they claim they don't see my order that I placed on the app only for someone else to look and then find it. Today I ordered on the app and the person at the drive through asked for my name, found it and I saw my order on the screen and he told me to come to the window. I get to the window, and they claim they don't have the order. The lady who I assume was the manager was very rude and said she didn't have my order and left the window all together. She didn't even bother looking or to help, she just said she didn't have the order. I ended up leaving without my order even though I already paid for it through the a...
i ordered a meal at the kiosk and after me ordering it a receipt did not come out of the kiosk. (my card was charged we checked) our orders number was displayed on the “now serving” screen for about 30 minutes but was never served…. finally someone asked us what our number was and when he checked the system he said our order had “not gone through” even though it had charged my card and i showed him that on my bank account. he continued to make us order again and pay AGAIN for the same meal. was scammed. do not come.
my friend just picked up something for us on the way home. when we took the stuff out of the bag, we couldn't believe her chicken sandwich is. my big mac was acceptable, but her chicken breast was well overcooked and both the top and the bottom of the rolls on which they put it were burned and so flattened that one believed it was full. I haven’t eaten at mcdonald’s for a while and now I remember why.
The service was very quick, even though I only ordered a small fry. It was delicious and unlike other McDonald's locations, this one stayed open until exactly 12 am. I was grateful to be able to get food at 11:55 pm. I was really hungry and the small fry was just what I needed. I would definitely come back, especially for the exceptional service. I've tried many many times. They always have some kind of issue and ALWAYS forget something. Always. The male manager with the small mustache always has an attitude. Something has to change.Go to the one on Lake Woodale. It's 4 mins out the ways but the customer service is great!
lots of parking. the drive thru was fast and efficient. I was inside a few times and the restaurant is typically clean. my order was exact and came hot. if I were back in the opposite and felt some mcd’s, I would come back here. parking: much. more than enough for the opposite.
