It's McDonald's, and my opinion of this location has taken a hit. I had a frustrating interaction with the manager who came off as quite aggressive. When I provided her with my order number, she insisted that I was mistaken. I pointed out the number on my bag and confirmed my table number, but she responded in a disrespectful manner, implying I was speaking to her as if she were less intelligent. During our exchange, she mentioned that her husband is white and that she's smart, which left me bewildered regarding why race was brought into the conversation.
I was understandably upset because she was talking over me and dismissing my concerns while also neglecting to give me a cup for my drink...
I'll start off by saying I use to work here for a month or so. And I have nothing against them as ex coworkers and it's everything to do with my food being gross. The fries are always cold. When you get warm fries the grease taste old. Several times my food is missing or incorrect..I had a cheeseburger with no burger and a mchicken with a burger patty on it. One day I was given a hi-c that was a clear color and the employee argues with me that it was ok. Last night took the cake with the pregnant female. Told her my triple cheeseburger was missing. She took my bag back dug in it and then when I asked if the small fry was in there she got mad. Another thing. I understand wanting to save on fo...
I went to this location for breakfast. I ordered 2 hash browns, 2 oatmeal?s and a drink. I got 2 hash browns, 1 oatmeal and a drink. ???? (she didn?t hear me). One of there intercoms was messed up and the one we had to order from was even worse. I got myhash brown and it was so dang stale! Both of them! My son couldn?t even eat his (he mixes his hash brown in with his oatmeal). Icouldn?t go back since I was taking my son to school. I was highly upset! They just don?t care. *The photo doesn?t show the?staleness? of the hash brown but trust me, I couldn?t even break it properly.
I visit this McDonald's fairly often. The service is usually quick, and the staff are polite. They typically fulfill orders accurately. The food is decent and the prices are reasonable. However, today the service was slower than usual, and my order was incorrect. The employees appeared confused and disorganized. I've heard many complaints about this location, but I haven't experienced many issues myself until now. This recent visit makes me want to explore other options in the area for the time being. Hopefully, they improve soon.

The restaurant is not open 24 hours, which is misleading. Do you understand what "open 24 hours" means? It means that you're available to take orders and serve food continuously, day and night—not just for DoorDash deliveries. It's unacceptable to close down to prepare for breakfast or to claim that your systems are rebooting. Either serve food consistently or consider closing the business entirely.
This McDonald's has very poor service! I've tried to place an order here several times using the drive-thru and the mobile app, but every time I arrive, they aren't taking orders. If your employees aren't interested in working, perhaps it's time to hire people who are in need of a job. Why do you continue to advertise as 24 hours if you're rarely open or accepting orders?
I ordered a coffee thru the drive thru and they all had an attitude to be at work. Later when I poured my coffee out, this thing came out ???? I?m suing if I get sick McDonalds!!! Hire people that ain?t nasty and thankful for having a job because that wholemorning shift needs to be replaced?IMMEDIATELY
They have terrible service don't know how to ring up orders correctly and the people seem

Laughed at when I asked for a new dr pepper because the one I had was watered down.
I got the wrong food. They never called me back to fix it either.
