I have ordered from this location via Uber Eats on multiple occasions, and unfortunately, I don't believe they have ever gotten my order right. My drinks were often incorrect, they added ice when I specifically requested none, and I never received a straw. Despite requesting salt each time through the app and including it with my order, I never received any condiments. Additionally, my orders consistently lacked napkins. While these may seem like minor details, as a franchise, they are expected to meet high standards. It can be quite frustrating to spend $25 on a fast food order only to have it mishandled. The accessible washroom was not very clean, but it was still usable. As for parking, the accessible parking spots were adequate, but the route and doorway could use some improvement. Accessing the restaurant with a wheelchair was okay, but it was a bit challenging to find a good parking spot and get inside. Once inside, it was accessible, but the washroom could have been better maintained, as there was toilet paper on the floor, and my wheelchair tires got wet. I hope it was just water and not something else.
Person making the food kept wiping his nose, touching food and touching machinery. Where is the health board? We were here at 10:30 am.We came back at 1:20 the same day and the tables that were dirty when we left were still dirty. I spoke to 2 employees and no one cleaned the tables in the dining room.
