The customer service at this McDonald's was very disappointing. The woman at the window seemed confrontational when I clarified that I had only ordered a meal, not a drink. When I asked if I could pay for a drink separately, she rudely insisted I hadn't ordered one. The drive-through attendant also had a poor attitude, responding with a disrespectful "yep... What else? That's it." I chose not to return to order a drink because the overall experience made me uncomfortable and concerned about the quality of service.
I would not recommend this restaurant. I live nearby, but I choose to drive an extra 5 minutes to get to the interstate because this place consistently fails to get orders right. The food is poorly assembled, and the fries are always cold. If I request fresh fries, I end up getting something completely different. Management, please consider training your staff and improving their customer service skills. I will not be returning to this establishment.
We just wanted Mcflurry's I don't mind the wait time, we are in a pandemic. They could at least mix them!!!! I mean that's what the spoon is for. It's their marketing technique for them. We received oreo Mcflurry's with just oreo dust on top. Not mixed in and if the machine was broken they could have said something. There wasn't even enough cookies to hand mix ourselves.
I waited for my order for 46 minutes, but it never arrived. I kept going to the counter to ask if it was ready. Finally, after 50 minutes, one of the cashiers approached me and said, "I'm sorry, but if you're not ordering anything, my manager said please leave." I can't believe this happened, and I'll never come back here again.

I typically don't like to complain, but my experience here was less than satisfactory. The service was quite unpleasant; the staff didn’t have any smiles and seemed as if they didn't want to be there. Their attitudes while serving made me question the quality of the food. That said, the food itself was great.
The staff at this restaurant, including the so-called team leaders or managers, seem more focused on arguing with customers than assisting them. It's advisable to just pass by and head to the next civilized McDonald's if you're looking to get what you paid for without any hassle.
they for git my grill sauce, do not ask if you want to grill sauce if they don't give me, so I am misleading to think that I have to ask writing because they already know. So I don't have a sauce without ketchup. So I didn't enjoy my chicken nuggets and pommes!
The staff at this location are exceptional at what they do. There's never any wait time, and my orders are always accurate. They are all dedicated workers who truly deserve recognition for their efforts.
