I’m currently waiting in the drive-thru, but it seems no one is taking orders even though several cars are moving through. While waiting, I noticed a group of young people and a woman sitting in the lobby, which is supposed to be closed due to COVID. I called twice, but the phone rang for five minutes each time without any answer. It’s only 6:00 PM, yet there are people in the lobby who might be employees, though I'm not sure. After waiting 25 minutes, we decided to leave. It’s surprising that not a single person acknowledged us, even with all the lights on. Honestly, it was shocking to see so many people willing to wait in line when it was clear no one was helping customers.
This restaurant consistently gets my breakfast orders right. If I ever find something missing, which is infrequent, they quickly prepare the missing item fresh and always apologize for the oversight, often offering a complimentary orange juice or coffee. I really enjoy coming to this location and will definitely remain a loyal customer.
Out of the four McDonald's I've visited in St. Paul, MN, this one stands out as the best. It has recently been remodeled and is well-maintained, with employees who genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. This location could nearly be the perfect family restaurant—if only it had a play area for the kids.
This is the best McDonald's I've ever visited! Our food was served hot and fresh, and it was ready in no time. The place was extremely clean, and the customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly and polite.

The cookies were outstanding, the fries were tasty, and the nuggets were enjoyable too. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to try the double cheeseburger.
Overall, I had a great experience at McDonald's, although they forgot to include the Hash Browns. Mistakes happen, but I still recommend ordering from here.
The nuggets were cold and as hard as rocks, and the fries had an odd taste. At least the quarter pounder was made correctly according to my instructions.
I like this location because of the new kiosks they have. You can order your own food without coming into contact with anyone. It was great!!

The strawberry shake I ordered had only a small amount of whipped cream, and the french fries were not fresh.
The smoothies are delicious, but most of the other menu items are below average.
