Unfortunately, today was really bad... With our order, which wasn 't very large for three people including a child, a few things were missing. A few ice cubes in a drink despite having requested them – no big deal. But two drinks were completely missing, plus the Happy Meal toy. After asking, we finally got everything. I only noticed later that my expected honey-mustard dressing for the salad arrived as a mustard dip. Picking up the missing items (free products via coupons) took a very long time. It showed as ready for pickup, but there was no tray with our order. No one seemed to care that I was standing there with my pickup slip. I was there today around 3:00 PM. There weren't many customers; only the drive-thru was constantly busy. Upon entering, the first thing that caught my eye was the completely overflowing tray cart, and the separator was also piled high with trays. Very unappetizing! Turning around would have been the right thing to do. But time, a hurry, and a bit of an appetite kept me in. I ordered at the kiosk as usual. I waited quite a while for the food to arrive at my table. That wasn't so bad, though, as the sticky table was. My visit to McDonald's was pleasant and surprisingly positive. The restaurant was clean, the tables were regularly wiped down, and the atmosphere was relaxed. My order was taken quickly, and the staff was friendly and patient. The food arrived promptly and was fresh, the fries were nice and crispy, and the burger was well-assembled. Overall, it was a straightforward, quick snack stop where you feel well taken care of.
Zu den Speisen muss ich ja nichts sagen. Standard eben. Tische, vor allem im Außenbereich könnten sauberer sein. Genau so wie die Rutsche. Update: Nach der Renovierung und Einführung der Bestellautomaten ist auch die Sauberkeit etwas besser geworden. Aber immer noch keinen 5 Sterne wert.

With our last four orders placed using the app and then picking them up, something was missing every single time. It can happen occasionally, I suppose, but every single time?
Waited half an hour for food. Guests who ordered 10 minutes after us got their food first. What a dump.
