unprofessionalism was the one who took my order, not in agreement with his employees! I picked up a delivery here where the deive thru worker told me that the order was picked up and that I should go to the app and cancel it. I left the line went back to the 2nd time (every wait was at least 30 to 40 minutes, which I might have given up) asked if he would do it, he said he could! today to breakfast, hotcakes and ice on a cookie both cold. also on this Drivethru folder 3 cars went in front of me in the other track because my track was ignored. for lunch my mother wanted me to go to hamburger later, so I did that. hamburger cold, frenchfries cold, order wrong, overload and not offered a reception because she knew it was wrong. also order taker on drivethru led another talk about the loudspeaker further confusing dinge. Horribly slow service. While I was waiting the lady next me was handed a bag with her order...It was missing five items. I waited a long time and finally had to sit down (I'm disabled with Multiple Sclerosis). I finally got the sweet tea I was waiting for...warm with very little ice. Also while I was sitting and eating a burger, I noticed an elderly couple in their 70's come in and wait at the counter for service. They were ignored and they got disgusted and left. Don't come to this McDonald's.
Paid $26 for food and didn't get half of it. 2 large fries and 1 one under half full and they were both really cold and nasty! Was told the slushy machine wasn't working at the drive thru when I went inside the store to get my food that wasn't in my bag low and behold what was plainly working as a worker was making a slushy! Not to mention I waited almost 10 mins outside in the heat for this and still had to go in because it was wrong. This McDonald's is the absolute worst I will NOT BE BACK! okay, they want a reason to automate the fast food industry, this is the load to prove whether it works or not. and $15 per hour? for this slow service? automate their procedures and pay people to repair the type of money for an automated process, shoot problems, and do what can not be automated and then the $15 for the work at mcdonald’s will be worth it again. this place is in service.

I asked for 2 Sausage Mc Muffin Made fresh, the lady had nerve to say We just opened up everything is FRESH, SOOOWhen we drove off the darn things were NOT just Burnt they were MICROWAVED TOO SO HOT the muffin WAS blazing HOT.Laziness We call it.Still have not gotten a call back.Sure the Birds on 23 liked them
