After waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru 1-25-24, 7:40 am-ish (they have double lanes but were taking one car at a time alternating lanes), i finally placed my order, a simple #6 with a coke, get to the casher who asked what was my order after taking it less then 30 sec before hand(fair enough it was busy) so i told him a #6 with a coke, then he asked what is that? I mean seriously. Now i have to do their job for free? Service is a joke for the price and quality of the food and based on the cashiers incompetence leads me to believe management isn 't that far behind. I went through the drive thru and there was nobody ahead of me but yet it's still took almost 10 minutes to get my food at 1140am. nd when I did get my food. There were problems but. t of course I didn't notice until I was almost at work so it was too late to do anything about it. I dumped my meal and went somewhere else. I got a diet instead of a regular Coke. The fries had 0 salt on them and the burger was mushy. I would continue driving down the road to the other McDonald's in Skokie, if you really want something from here. I've eaten at a lot of McDonald's, and this is probably one of the worst ones. Either the owner needs to start caring more or needs to get a new manager.
I was dining at this location with my fiance and overheard coworkers in the back being racist toward a group of Asian people in the store I'm quoting what was said THE WHOLE POPULATION OF CHINA JUST LEFT, THEY ARE THE REASON FOR THE COVID PANDEMIC. I asked to see the Manger about this and turns out the man who said this is the manager. His name was Chase I think I overheard them say it when I asked for the manager and when I confronted him he tried to lie and say his name was John. Its either Chase or Chris but he was working the night of November 19th of 2023 at 8:30 pm. He is a disgusting human and whoever can say something that way toward customers should be fired!
On February 3, 2024, I ordered a Big Mac meal at the drive-thru. When I reached the second window, the staff member was quite rude and asked us to pull forward. After waiting for 15 minutes, a woman came out from the side of the building—not the front door where we were parked—to hand me my food. The fries were ice cold and hard, and my Big Mac was also cold, messy, and had a burnt, hard top bun. I can’t believe I waited for food that was served cold. The management really needs to come in and revamp this location; it’s going downhill.

It's McDonald's, but you should always check your bag when you go through the drive-thru. We've never once received our order correctly at this location. They are consistently inaccurate in that regard.
This morning I'm when to buy breakfast for me and my kids. I ordered 2 burritos, and one of them have mold inside the birruto, so disgusting
The food and service are good, but please replace the broken menu screen at the drive-thru!
