I visit this restaurant every few months, and each time there’s something seriously wrong. During my most recent visit, I ordered two cheeseburger meals, but they arrived without pickles, onions, or ketchup. When I inquired about it, the staff member told me I ordered them plain, which I absolutely did not. On a previous visit, I had to wait while two employees finished chatting with a friend at the drive-thru, and by the time I got my food, it was all cold. Who is managing this place? I won’t be returning.
I visited this restaurant on the morning of February 7, 2024, around 6:30 am. The line was quite long since only one window was operating. My experience was incredibly disappointing, as the employee seemed uninterested in their job and was not able to handle my order. When I mentioned that I wouldn't be returning to this location, the worker replied, "That's good." I’m only giving one star because I had to comment!
We waited for our order for 20 minutes, even the people who ordered after us received their order first. Even Delivery took orders. Then at the end the workers deigned to give us our order. and then after I asked what about our order. I will never come to this McDonald's again.
You expect to be paid $15 an hour, yet you can't even mix a McFlurry properly. I received plain ice cream with Oreo crumbs just sprinkled on top and not mixed in at all. This isn't the first time I've had problems at this location.

Extremely poor service. One if the workers kept staring at me creepily. Assumed i spoke spanish and kept laughing with his workers pointing at me. It took them almost 20 minutes to bring me the food. Never ever coming back.
Always getting my order wrong. Putting cheese on my hamburger. Have to drive back since I have a dairy
