Mcdonald's - Réservation de table

I got a parking ticket for using the drive through, i did not park?... continues problems with wrong orders? and payments, they said the card payment went through and i went to the 2nd window to collect the food and was told the payment hadn't gone through and had to drive around again? problems with the food being cold, never any milkshakes, and then finally they have milkshake, but, the milk shake smelt off, the staff told me they all smell off, !... Male staff very unpleasant, they forget receipt's, the French fries are not fried, but undercooked, unpleasant, hard to swallow. London McDonalds is still the best.

The coffee at this restaurant is absolutely disgusting and undrinkable! I have not visited in a while because the coffee has consistently been bad. I decided to give it another chance today and it was even worse. It seems like all McDonald's locations in North Devon have terrible coffee. They are all owned by the same franchisee and all have bad coffee, so I shouldn't be surprised that our local location hasn't improved.

Would like to give a huge shout out to sherilee hopefully I have your name right) she was absolutely fantastic and caring when I went to Bideford McDonald's with my mum who has vascular dementia, people are quick to complain but I have huge praise for this young lady ...thank you

Great service food always hot and nice. Team have always been professional. Clean restaurant. Always made to feel welcome. Always call in here now regularly after a bad experience at brewers fayer near by. Brewers Fayre loss for over a year. McDonald's Bidefords gain. Réservez une table maintenant

I usually don't leave reviews, but Alex at this restaurant was fantastic. He was a great upseller and convinced us to add extra cheese to our dishes. My partner was laughing so much that she felt like she was going to faint (she's driving, so wish me luck!).

We were made so welcome by Emma and the team. We had table service for the first time and kids had fun with balloons and flags. My American husband said it was his best McDonald’s experience ever!

It took 2 hours for my order to be delivered, and my McFlurry was warm while my burger and chips were cold. I would not recommend using McDelivery, as the service was terrible.

Lovely staff. Excellent fast service. Restaurant was clean and well stocked. Had a large (very amended) order but it arrived quickly and was all correct. Réservez une table maintenant

typical burger place very clean and friendly, easy access and all the usual mcdonalds treats. happy meals, mcflurrys and of course the big mac

Staying at Premier Inn across the road and found that this was easier for breakfast, although the service could have been much quicker.
