I would have given 0 stars but that wasn’t an option.Every single time I mean EVERY single time I go to this McDonald’s on College st.In South Houston they always get my food wrong either it’s wrong or I don’t get part of what I ordered.A few different times I ordered a Big Mac with no meat it even shows it on the receipt no meat extra cheese but when they bring it to me it has 3 pieces of meat and no cheese.SMH
Every time we Doordash, this place always and I mean always forgets several items in our order. So now we go in person and guess what they forget items as well ?. Always check your order before leaving!!! I understand they are busy but quality and service should not be skipped.
I had a very enjoyable experience at the restaurant. The staff was friendly, and the lobby and restroom were clean. Although our food took a bit longer to arrive than usual, it was delicious.
Recently, there have been issues with management verbally mistreating customers, leading to an unpleasant experience. Today, they attempted to limit drink refills. Réservez une table maintenant
Update 2024: Seven years have passed, and the only noticeable change is that the Red Box is no longer there. I still love their Frozen Dr Pepper!
Could give me a small bag of ice for my son after he injured his hip. Because there was no button. Poor poor
