I went to the restaurant tonight and went through the drive-thru to place a large order. I apologized several times for the size of the order, but the person taking my order seemed to be having some difficulty. When I got to the window, he yelled at me to call in my order next time. He seemed annoyed that I had made a $64 order, even though it was actually $74. He rolled his eyes at me and threw my drink tray at me. Despite my apologies and willingness to wait, he continued to have an attitude towards me.
