I can't belive I'm writing a review about a McDonald's but this was the 2nd worst service I've received ever. The girl taking the order didn't hear our order, and started coping an attitude even after we confirmed and repeated probably 49 times (actuallyprobably only 7) and when we looked at our ticket only one item was entered correctly. When we told her it was wrong on theticket and that if it was that bad we just wanted a refund and then she rudely said she told the kitchen, so of course wechecked and what do you know, everything was wrong. We then asked for a refund and she started literally trying to argue withus. And I know this is trivial but we said no onions, she confirmed no onions...
I've always had a fondness for McDonald's, even after my unexpected departure. I still feel compelled to give them a 5-star rating. I'd love to see improvements in their service and hope they consider reaching out to former employees for insights. Hiring additional staff and extending their operating hours would make a big difference. It would also be fantastic to see the return of the Beacon egg and cheese bagels with breakfast sauce on the menu. Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from them soon.
It was truly the worst experience in all my years going to McDonalds. The staff was rude and unprofessional. While playing around in the background, took them almost an hour to make a simple happy meal! And then had the audacity to give my family abad attitude while having to walk to window since they closed doors without telling customers. I dont know how this location isstill in business. And did I mention they manage to get my order wrong?
If I could rate this McDonald's zero stars, I certainly would. The staff is quite rude. Although the location indicates that dine-in service ends at midnight, when I tried to enter at 11:30 PM, an employee dismissed me. This information is even posted on the door. The drive-thru is incredibly slow, taking anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes just to place an order and receive your food. It’s excruciatingly slow.

Perfect quality of food, in particular the drinks! Congratulations to the girl at the drive through service for her approach to customers, very friendly and helpful. I work in a McDonald's too in Italy and I know how difficult is to work in, so I reallyfeel you! ????
I took my granddaughter out for lunch, and we had a great time. Ordering from the self-service kiosk was straightforward, and our food was prepared quickly. The table and the area around us were very clean. Overall, it was a lovely dining experience.
The food is quickly served, the staff are friendly enough to keep your ordering brief yet efficient. It gets busy at the drive thru but that only means the food is good and is constantly fresh! I will be coming back.
The service was outstanding, and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. It was the first time I witnessed a manager personally visiting tables to ensure everything was satisfactory!

The worst ever, they did not give me Frenvh fries and the crispy chicken sandwich is just bread and chicken
They didn't have anything to put on top of my caramel frappe.
