I recently visited the McDonald's in Wrexham town center with my wife and three grandsons. I must say, it was the dirtiest and filthiest excuse for a fast food outlet I have ever been to. The floors, windows, and toilets were all filthy, and the staff seemed to be just hanging around doing nothing. The food we ordered took forever to arrive, and we had to wait 20 minutes. The manager kept asking one of the staff members to make pancakes, but they were being ignored. My wife had to clean the table herself before we could eat. Wow, just wow! Mind blown my son accidentally ordered a quarter pounder at the till when they gave him the price he realised he ordered the wrong thing and asked for change his order (no money had been handed over at this stage) the lady said no she couldn't so my son thinking they were right gave her the last of his money leaving him with nothing to get home! She happily took his cash which is wrong, my son knows now this was wrong of them but staff don't care!
Wrexham McDonald's must be the only place in the world where you order something and get something completely different...delivery is even worse...imagine ordering a kids meal and only getting chips...order sausage pancakes and just getting pancakes.. order 4 hash browns and get 2......my mind blows
The restaurant is very crowded during lunchtime, and the staff seem to be overwhelmed. The food is quickly prepared, and ordering on the computer can be frustrating as the receipts don't always print. You have to remember your order number if you're lucky enough to see it on the screen.
