The manager name Daniel very nasty very unprofessional talk crap in Spanish about the customers makes u uncomfortable and does not put customer service first served me cold food and water down drinks embarrassed me made a scene and gets upset at you about it and talks very disrespectful attitude is nasty that’s not what leadership is u have to bite your food to know if it is hot you can also taste when food is old or been sitting out to long. They seriously need English speaking people that actually work in the store. Also, the people were EXTREMELY slow and rude. The cashier, I didn't get her name was rude. space is terrible, they always close the load 30 minutes before it says to close, and they have a great representation. they let the suppliers relax out there as if it is a hangout spot all day until night. they left them after hours in the load even tho they don't let the people come and order more people need to do something

That is one of the most disgusting and Unprofessional McDonald's I've ever been too. Waited 5 min just too order and there was like 9 employees working. I asked for fresh nuggets they told me they were got home (two blocks away) only to find out that was a lie. Cookies were burnt. Terrible Experience
This McDonald's location is one of the most disgusting ones I have seen. It is full of cracks, and the management doesn't seem to do anything about it. Customers who sit on the stools risk being thrown to the floor due to their instability. Improvement is needed to make this McDonald's better.
The service and cleanliness are good. I have never had any issues with my orders here. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because there are always a lot of delivery drivers with mopeds blocking the entrance and driving recklessly, almost hitting me a few times.
