Angel at the drive through window provides the worst customer service. She is rude, unprofessional, snotty, combative, and all around not nice. Her forte is not in the customer service realm. Angel has argued with me on multiple occasions because I ask for a Mocha coffee. She has repeatedly told me it is not called a Mocha coffee but when I look up the McDonald’s menu it indeed says Mocha Latte with quality espresso. Angel is not educated enough in her role to understand espresso is the same as coffee! Espresso is the main ingredient in the Mocha Latte. Regardless, is it okay to argue with a customer over this considering McDonald’s doesn’t do anything else with Mocha. There is only 1 Mocha...
All other McDonald's locations should learn from the example set by this particular McDonald's immediately! They always treat customers with respect and do not put them in danger by serving food they are allergic to, unlike the McDonald's on Sheridan. They prepare their food proudly, even in the early hours of the morning, with a smile on their face. Customers can sense the positive energy they bring to the drive-thru window. The rest of the McDonald's locations are not as reliable. Except for a few good workers at the Sheridan location - shoutout to those two! The rest of the store needs significant improvement. Placed an order for one breakfast sandwich, two hashbrowns and a medium orange juice and proceeded to pay the guy at the first window what I thought was the same total I was told over the intercom. When I pulled up to the next window, the employee tried to hand me something completely different from what I ordered. Looked at my receipt and it was something totally different. I ended up paying the difference in change/coins. Not sure what, or whom, the oder taker was listening to, but it seemed like they didn't even have what I ordered up on their screens. I just had a bad experience with this place. I only have so much time in my break. everything I ordered in the app was a big Dr. Peffer and three cookies. After 15 minutes waiting for such a small order, I only went on to say that they did not my order (even if it was filed and I was charged). bulle. obviously someone has clicked off the order as they were completely and did not want to own it. So they gave me the soda and after like five minutes I said, forget this place and left without the cookies I paid 20 minutes earlier so that I could get back to work without being too late. I have filed a complaint and if they don't really do it, I'll never be back to this place. Réservez une table maintenant
Two words…. Slow and Unfriendly. I have never waited so long in a McDonald’s drive-thru… and there were only two cars in front of me. I have no idea why it was so slow. To make it worse, the people at both windows seemed miserable. You could tell they hated being there and could care less about smiling or saying hello. They could have at least faked it.The good news was…. My Filet-O-Fish was delicious. And the Diet Coke was good.I am hoping the next time I go to this McDonald’s they speed it up a little, say hello, AND smile!
Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces available. Kid-friendliness: I'm not sure if they still have a children's play area inside, but they used to. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant has ramped sidewalks to provide access for wheelchairs to enter the building.
