I know there may be a shortage of staff, but it is unacceptable for a customer to sit in the drive-thru at one spot for over 10 minutes without moving. After waiting that long, I only moved one car length and then waited almost another 10 minutes. As soon as I had the chance to pull out of the drive-thru, I left. It's frustrating to be trapped in a drive-thru unable to exit due to the curbs and lanes that restrict your movement. I believe this restaurant needs to reconsider their training methods and enhance their management.
This review is to shine some light on an employee named Jared. I have noticed him working at this location for about a year now. He is usually there early ams but now it seems he's there at night also. He is always kind, polite and prompt. You can tell he actually cares about the job he is doing and the experience the customers have. In my opinion he is a model employee and deserves recognition for being one. Thank you Jared for being so awesome!
I'm pretty sure they are understaffed. I felt sorry for the employees! All the staff were courteous and kind, but they were overwhelmed by a few rowdy customers. It's a shame that the owner didn't pitch in and assist. Orders were mixed up, resulting in long wait times. Overall, the COVID situation has brought out the best in some people, but the lack of help led to a chaotic and disorganized experience.
My daughter had never been in a McDonald’s before, and when my mom took her in there the staff immediately threw his hand up and called the manager on her, which told her she was only allowed to sit inside if “other customers were in there already”. Take the sign in the window down, they won’t let you sit inside even though it says you can’t.

it has no more drinks beside the fountain drinks. every time I get to the ship, it's always a problem with them or the system. I'm finally waiting forever, and still not with the right order. most employees at this location are rude and simply don't worry.
The food tasted delicious, and I appreciated how they quickly replaced my order when it didn't match the pictures. Though the situation was unpleasant and inconvenient, the staff made sure to rectify the mistake. Overall, a positive experience.
we ordered a sausage and a mcgriddle without a cheese and a sausage biscuit with a egg. Why is this place even open when they can't do anything right? the inner is a circumferential door of men coming through their order from the running gear.
The service since the Manager change has gotten much better. Food tastes better. And there's a better over all atmosphere. Great job.

I dislike the fact that you have to use a kiosk to order your food at this restaurant. It was a terrible experience.
This McDonald's is not like the one from the 80s. The food was extremely dry and lacked juiciness in the meat.
