By far the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been in. Trash was over flowing to the point customers were stacking their trash around the trash station. Bathrooms didn't have toilet paper. Every table was dirty yet there were hardly any customers. The employees were actually walking around the mess rather than cleaning it up. The time before when I ate here they let teenagers bring their bikes inside and the bikes had fallen over and were blocking the path to one of the bathrooms and the kids were being loud rude, cussing throwing food and the employees just watched them and said nothing. The bun of my Quarter Pounder was inexplicably soggy, as if it had absorbed all the humidity in the air, and the patty was a disappointing sight—overcooked yet strangely lukewarm. The cheese, which I was looking forward to, hadn’t melted properly and sat there cold and uninviting. To make matters worse, the fries were just as lackluster, served lukewarm and barely seasoned.
Overall, it was a meal that somehow managed to be both forgettable and memorable, but not for the right reasons. I left quickly, resolved to avoid this McDonald's location in the future. It was definitely not the fast food experience I was craving.

The coffee was so weak it did not taste like coffee but rather hot water with a sprinkle of coffee added to it. I am not sure what has happened to McDonald's coffee because all McDonald's had really tasty and strong coffee up until about 2 years ago. I have noticed the nearby locations are only using one bag of coffee in their machines but maybe they need to start using two bags. What has happened to this once great American franchise and their coffee?
In short,It would have not been my first one to stop at asking El Camino (between milbrae 92). But after this visit I will even recommend to others to stop by this one versus other ones on El Camino in that mentioned area.Things have changed, it's noticeably BETTER .
At McDonald's, I was given a Big Mac, a McChicken, and a Filet-O-Fish as separate items instead of the Land, Air, and Sea sandwich that combines beef, chicken, and fish in one. This was not what I ordered from the menu, but I ate it anyway because I was in a hurry.
This is my favorite casual diner. It's conveniently located near my home and on the way to work. The staff here are always friendly and welcoming. The food is tasty and satisfying.
