He encouraged and communicated effectively with the team, ensuring that everyone was on track with their tasks. I especially appreciated how he checked in with the chef to offer assistance if needed. The teamwork and communication among the staff was truly remarkable, and I was thoroughly impressed by their dedication and coordination. Great job by this young team!
