The staff at this restaurant were extremely rude! Not one, but two employees were hired. They were very slow despite there only being 3 cars in line, and it took over 20 minutes to reach the window. I have a food allergy and the server did not comprehend that I had multiple items to pick up, even after I had mentioned it multiple times. She then proceeded to be rude after finally understanding. Additionally, she tried to send me away without giving me one of the items in my order (a drink).
The fries at this restaurant may appear appetizing, but they are actually disappointing. They taste like cardboard and seem stale and re-fried. If this establishment is open 24 hours, they should ensure their food is fresh and delicious throughout the entire day. It was too much of a hassle to return and request an exchange, but hopefully someone in management will take notice of this feedback and make necessary improvements.
I like to go with friends to this place with my highest recommended. I visit this place often. this recommendation is always successful. eating there is fantastic and the crew is attentive and cooperatiw. every time we eat at this place, we enjoy a nice time.
I ordered 2 McFlurrys in the drive-thru and was told to wait in spot #1. After waiting for 15 minutes, I walked inside to inquire about my order, only to be told that the machine was broken. I was extremely disappointed with the poor service. Réservez une table maintenant
I love this place, it's very professional. The only downside is the wait time can be a bit long, but the staff are really efficient and my food was prepared quickly for delivery.
