WHY MCDONALD 'S IS NOT MY KIND OF PLACE.....OR BURGER KING.....OR WENDY 'S.....OR SONIC.....ETC.......9 DEC. 23.....TERRIBLE SERVICE AT THE MCDONALD 'S DRIVE-THRU.....THIS IS LONG.....I went to McDonald 's drive-thru this afternoon to get a couple of burgers and what I got was bad service and bad attitude. When I placed my order, I said, I want 2 McDoubles and that will be all. What I saw come up on the screen was 1 McDouble and the person on the speaker stated what the cost was. I repeated, 2 McDoubles not 1. The order was changed and the new total of $4.23 was stated to me. I don 't know about you, but the number 2 does not sound anything like the number 1 to me. Next, I went to the window...
I had a really nice experience at McDonald's today! I don't eat out often and usually pick other restaurants when I do, but I had a hankering for a double quarter pounder with cheese. I got the seaonal pumpkin pie, too. Both were EXCEPTIONAL!!! Great service at this location as well! I am still getting the hang of the ordering kiosk. It's nice to be able to request no onions and extra pickles!!!Highly recommend!!!
This particular McDonald's, like most McDonald's, is very clean and has friendly staff. McDonald's locations are known for staying current with technology, such as self-order kiosks and QR code table ordering. The food is reliably consistent across all locations, which is a plus if you're a fan. I personally enjoy it! My only suggestion would be to bring back their salads.
The key to a great McDonald's experience is the staff, and this location definitely has excellent employees. They are efficient, friendly, and always provide personal service and conversation. The food is top-notch, and I have recently developed a strong liking for their crispy chicken sandwich. It's a healthier option compared to other choices on the menu.

I don't understand why I continue to order food from McDonald's. I was craving fries, so I placed an order. However, once again, I found hair in my food. This time it was at a different location, but the same issue. Why do McDonald's employees not cover their hair when handling food? It's unacceptable. I recommend checking your food before taking a bite.
I just left 9/23 ordered a chicken sandwich combo, I get home to eat my food. I bite into the sandwich the chicken was hard and was not able to bite into the sandwich. The chicken was fresh but the quality of chicken you all use is not good or real chicken. Chicken comes apart when you bite into it. I just wasted my damn money.
While waiting for my food inside the restaurant, I witnessed an employee picking at her toes. It was quite disturbing to see this behavior, especially in a place where people are eating. The parking situation was not ideal, with limited spots available, but it was relatively easy to find a spot.
The food was good, but sometimes when I visit this restaurant, it tastes like it's not fresh.

The younger guy who gave me my food had a great attitude, just wanted to show my thanks.
This location always has pleasant staff who work quickly and accurately.
