On October 13, 2023, I was charged for a milkshake even though the shake machine was not working. The staff were unprofessional and had a negative attitude when I addressed the issue. I requested to speak with the manager, who also displayed unprofessional behavior. I wanted to exchange the milkshake for a different item of equal value, but they provided very little assistance or help in resolving the situation.
I really enjoyed this McDonald's location. The staff was friendly and my mobile order was ready as soon as I walked in the door. The food, which included a sausage biscuit and burrito, was hot and delicious, and the iced coffee was perfect just as I ordered. Thanks for making it convenient and quick to stop here.
Very fast and friendly service. Clean, accurate.... but I see you McDonalds.... with your smaller mcgriddles.... and eventually smaller egg, and sausage.... I see you setting us up for disappointment.... but still... very good.
The restaurant is located in an area with heavy traffic due to the nearby truck stop, which unfortunately reflects in the quality of the food. Here is what I ordered around 5pm on a Monday night. Réservez une table maintenant
