I place a high value on customer service, as we all should, and sadly, I won’t be returning to this restaurant. My attempts to reach out to management went unanswered. The staff, particularly those who speak Spanish, were disrespectful and unhelpful. At one point, a manager even closed the window on me while I was trying to talk to her. It’s clear they do not have adequate customer service training. Being treated this way is unacceptable. If we continue to patronize establishments like this, such behavior will only continue. I had a fantastic lunch delivered to me! The food quality was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was equally impressive, also receiving a 5. The ambiance, while not applicable for delivery, was rated a solid 4. Overall, a delightful experience!
