Went through the drive thru to pick up an order, they told me to wait in a pickup space, and then forgot about me for 30 minutes. I know they forgot because I watched about 25 people go through the drive thru and receive their food. I've worked these jobs before so I know it doesn't take 30 minutes to make fries, even a bulk order of fries. (It generally takes about 6 minutes, for anyone wondering So I called the store, told them I was waiting, they acted like I was a new customer and told me to wait. very friendly staff and management that seems capable and efficient! eating was hot and fresh (in contrast to some of the other mcdonald’s? with hard and stale burger. order was completely right! and the frappe machine ran smoothly!mm? apparently between 10-11:30 a.m. on a Thursday night was bad time for the trip thru lol every last night was decided mcdonald’s time, waited in line about 5-7 min. was impressed how fast and smooth it was pushed through the very many customer cars that they overfall. ? seriously, although thanks to y’all for better service and fresher eating than most other sites in these days
