I want to acknowledge the manager at this restaurant for their exceptional service. When we had an issue with our order, we called the number listed on the door and the manager responded within 24 hours. They listened to our concerns, offered to replace our order, and when we returned to the restaurant, they went above and beyond for us. The manager recognized us, provided us with our replacement order (which was delicious), and made sure we were satisfied with our meal. I also appreciated the friendly and professional atmosphere at the restaurant, with staff members chatting and joking in a respectful manner. Thank you, Samantha, for all your help!
I visited McDonald's today, and this is the second time I've experienced them skipping my order in favor of someone else's. When I got to the first window, I asked the employee for her name, and she told me it was on the receipt. However, once I checked my receipt while heading to the second window, I found that her name was not listed anywhere. It turned out she had lied to me, and the staff at the second window informed me that names wouldn't actually be on the receipts. Her name was Tiffany, and I found her to be rude and disrespectful. If you're unhappy with your job, perhaps it’s time to consider leaving it for someone else.
Son just got out of E.R. after eating here. He has food poisoning. I noticed a lot of the time they dont have soap in their bathrooms. He also said his burger tasted funny but ate it all before telling me. We ordered and received ar 12:02 pm. He got sick around 12:30ish pm and puked until I took him to the E.R. I eat here on a regular basis. Until it changes I am not coming back.Sincerely top 10% Google Restraunt Reviewer.
Fries were old, covered up by about 4 to 5 fresh fries, as is with all mcdonalds. How do they pull off that little scam when they are so busy that the drive thru is a 20 min wait? It blows my mind, and every mc d's does it. Everything else was good. People were super friendly.

In the hectic environment of fast food, the manager took the time to kindly explain the challenges they were facing with changing hours and short staffing. Despite this, my order was quick and accurate. I am excited to visit this restaurant again in the future.
The French fries at McDonald's are excellent - hot and delicious! I appreciate that they provide clean restaurants for weary travelers. I can't wait for them to start serving Mcveggie burgers. Thank you, McDonald's!
They don't make orders right, the food is always made sloppy and it never looks right. Ordered food this morning and they were missing 3 of my items
Employees here have been very friendly and offered an excellent alternative whenever the frappe machine wasn't working.
