This young man working in overnight shift , probably not the manager is unproffesional,Direspectfull and pretend to be Smarter than the customer. He talked down to me at the speaker and removed his headset, come to meet at the window like ,it wasn 't him, and ask you what do you want ? Knowing that you are fustrated because of his direspect. For every question ,he doesn 't understand ,he will not say I 'm sorry, can you repeat that? He will raise the voice and say what happened ?? . He works with a female young co-worker, she knows what he does ,when you are complaining she will go straight and call him to come At the windows.. Both supporting each other!! Very Sad!!
today, 21 October 2022at 7:08AM, I have my order, order 101, a very simple. There were no customers before me and there were at least two cars on the lane. it took almost 10 minutes to serve my order. in the meantime, on the display board in constant reading serve my order and three more items after me, but I had not yet received my order. unacceptable in an almost food restaurant. I will continue to prepare my breakfast meals. the first time and never again. Accessibility: it was availabledietary restrictions: the reason why I thought to stop by was that I had other of the few options available to people with food restrictions.
The staff at this restaurant are inattentive and slow, making the dining experience frustrating. Despite it being a McDonald's, they should still provide good customer service. If they can't handle their job, they should find a different line of work. Just because we're not in a big neighborhood doesn't give them the right to be disrespectful. Management needs to address these issues and ensure that all customers are treated with respect.
The most disgusting place ever mind I need anyone to reach out to me immediately im reaching out to inspection or cooperate I’m a general manager at a restaurant and this is a Food Safety Violation than can cause any guest or anyone to get sick with bacterias especially facility equipment should always be cleaned at all times and this is pest right here you guys will definitely here from me soon because I’m pushing this forward

The service at this McDonald's is extremely slow, causing delays that can make it difficult to get to work on time, especially if you are in a hurry. It is not uncommon for each car in line to wait 4-5 minutes just to place an order. Even with only one or two cars in front of me, I have consistently spent 10-15 minutes during my morning visits. This slow service is frustrating and seems to be moving in the wrong direction.
I have been coming to this restaurant since I was young, but the young worker talks a lot. Besides that, the food is great and I can easily go through the drive-thru without being bothered by homeless people asking for money. Unfortunately, when they are turned down, they can become aggressive and curse at you, but they are usually only located on one side of the drive-thru.
Ordered a meal:quarter pounder with cheese,no onion and pickles add bacon,,,they gave me the burger w/onions and pickles and no bacon,,let them know, brought me a burger with bacon but no cheese,jeez,,,fries were cold too
Food is no good, night shift is basically children thinking there in high-school having a good ol time and not prepping the food right. Unless you want a stomach virus then come here.

I know this spot is in a bad neighborhood and god knows what they deal with but i would still hope the GIRLS working there were half as professional or nice as the guys
Service was pleasant, no long wait in line to be served food was great and hot the way I like it thanks for great service
