Mcdonald's - Réserver une table

Update: Allison contacted me this morning to apologize for the issue. She informed me that they had conducted maintenance on the machine, spoken to the staff, and arranged for a replacement for me. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by how quickly and efficiently they handled the situation.

The burger was unevenly cooked, with one side burned and the other side undercooked. The manager was unhelpful and rude when I inquired about BBQ sauce. The bread was hard and stale. The fries were ice-cold, likely due to poor service.

The fish sandwich was flavorful with a warm, freshly baked bun. The fries were also fantastic, crispy and perfectly seasoned. I definitely plan on returning.

Perhaps it was what I ordered. I typically don't order the Big Mac, I usually opt for the fish and it's usually a 5-star dish.

There was nothing out of the ordinary about their drive-thru service. I didn't encounter any issues.
