Mcdonald's - Réservation de table

Ordered food from the Kiosk inside. While I was waiting for my food 3 separate people came in from the drive thru complaining about missing items. Once I received my order which my table was yelled that it was ready not brought to my table as sign stated I noticed a missing happily meal never did get the bottle of water I went up to get my happy meal. Had to go back up for my sauces. Than noticed my hamburger was made with only Mayo and lettuce it was added items to the original hamburger my sweet tea was unsweetened. This restaurant is very unprofessional. The manager, Joe, was rude to the DoorDash drivers who were waiting for their orders. My friend, who was a DoorDash driver, asked for an update on their order but Joe refused to provide any information. This lack of communication was disrespectful and led to my friend canceling their order. The six other drivers there also experienced poor treatment. I cannot recommend this place and do not believe they deserve any stars. When my friend expressed their disappointment to Joe, he showed no interest and continued to be disrespectful. Additionally, it seems that Joe also discriminates against certain customers. I would like to speak to a higher-up manager...

I and my husband went there on Wednesday night and drove through the ride after we paid, we waited behind a car to get our food when I had a seizure and had to go to the hospital and never got our food. The next night we went back to explain what happens, and they generously have us the food we paid with every problem. The manager was fantastic that I didn't get his name, but very kind and understanding.

The fries are consistently overcooked and lack flavor. The restaurant often gets special orders wrong, and the staff doesn't seem very friendly or welcoming.

Sometimes it's a little messy and it never looks like the picture lol however when you're in a quick jam and low on funds, McDonald's is my place to go. ???
