Hands down this is the worst McDonald's location I have ever been at. I have formed this opinion after several visits to this location. Their customer service is absolutely awful. The speed at which they get food out is incredibly slow. And when you getit it's usually not very warm in fact sometimes it's even downright cold. UPDATE: it has been 4 months since I left this reviewand as I reread it I can't understand for the life of me why I came back to this place this evening. Normally use drive through for breakfast ?..it?s usually pretty fast considering the numbers of orders they deal with ?.today the lines for the drive through were too long so I went inside ?short wait at the counter ?..?reasonable? wait for my order(4 big breakfasts) brought them home only to find 3 in the bag (paid for 4) ?can?t be that hard to count to four ?.. LOTS of newapartment buildings in area ?.. this McDonald?s isn?t large enough to service all the new residents ?.called and got manager?very friendly ?.just said when you come back tell the counter person we owe you a breakfast ?.I?ll probably go back to get itbut may not go back again (big breakfast still $3.49 though)
I had a very disappointing lunch at this McDonald's. The lines were long, the staff were unfriendly, and my food arrived cold. If you’re hungry around noon, I recommend avoiding this location. The French fries were dry, too hard, and not cooked properly. It’s better to save your money and make your own fries at home. This restaurant doesn’t deserve any rating—if I could, I would give it zero stars.
If I could give zero stars I would! This location is horrible. I pulled up last night around midnight hoping to grab a quick bite.. well I didn?t even get to order anything. I kept saying hello like 5 times and nobody answered me so I drove off. Mindyou there were people in the drive thru line ahead of me. I won?t be dealing with this place and if I do it will most definitelybe delivered.

I like to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt. However this location should seriously fire their entire staff and start over. Each time we have been there it has been a total cluster you-know-what. It is ran poorly and there is no leadership. The employees seem like they could not careless. McDonalds is a great brand but this location comes in way under par.
We actually went to this McDonald's at 3:00 a.m. and due to past experiences at other McDonald's this late at night or early in the morning I expected the worst food. Boy was I wrong, everything was made fresh everything was crisp everything was hot thefrench fries tasted like they used to taste in 1994 and I was pleasantly surprised.
After examination of the area this business is in, I was not surprised by the attitude, laziness, and careless behavior. It'll take you less time to drive north and order from a McD's that cares. These people that work here, don't. Just look around the neighborhood you'll see why.
We waited in line a long time and the speaker was working well on our side but he wasn't listening to our very simple order. By the time got the food it was cold. I'm only a block away. I haven't had McDonald's for years. I won't go again.

The food was decent, but the staff focused solely on the drive-thru and neglected the customers inside. It took 25 minutes to get two cheeseburgers, fries, and two frappes.
