On Tuesday, September 5th, around lunchtime, my wife visited the drive-thru with our children and brought home our order. After noticing an issue, she returned to the restaurant to speak with a manager and showed them the problem. To our dismay, the manager did not seem concerned at all. An employee went to check and confirmed that the bread was in poor condition, with mold present everywhere. The manager explained that this is common because the bread is frozen and then thawed. My main concern is that the employees do not seem adequately trained or attentive enough to spot such obvious issues. I wouldn't recommend visiting this restaurant. While McChickens are usually excellent at other McDonald's locations, my experience here was disappointing. The wait time was excessively long. They first handed me a spicy McChicken instead of the regular one I ordered, and then I had to wait again for the correct meal. The chicken was much tougher than what I'm used to, the mayo looked unappealing, and there was an odd musty odor. My sweet tea tasted more like plain brown water. Also, the service at midnight was restricted to takeout only.
The staff were completely unprofessional and forgot that I was waiting for my food. They prioritized several orders from customers who arrived after me, and when I pointed this out, they seemed indifferent. When my order was finally filled, it was only because I had to remind them of each detail; otherwise, they would have gotten it completely wrong. It took over half an hour for me to receive a cheeseburger and 10 nuggets. The staff were too preoccupied yelling at each other to pay any attention to me.

Whenever I go to this restaurant, I always get the Egg McMuffin. The food comes out quickly and is exactly what I requested. The takeaway service is outstanding. It's an ideal place for a quick breakfast. Prices typically range from $10 to $20 per person. I would rate the food as 4 out of 5, the service as 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere as 4 out of 5. I highly recommend giving the Egg McMuffin a try here.
