I went to this restaurant one night to pick up something for my mother, but they had us waiting in the car for 45 minutes without anyone acknowledging us over the intercom. I called to check if our order was still being prepared, and the girl on the phone confirmed that it was. As I was speaking to her, I could hear her and others arguing about who was responsible for serving the drive-thru customers, while four other cars remained in line. I approached the first window, but the staff just glanced at me and walked away, so I moved to the second window where a young lady told me I had to place my order there. After waiting in in for 23 minutes to order, when I got the cashier, they changed cashier. I waited another 4 minutes for the ladies to stop talking. Gave the cashier my money, she didn 't know how to subtract. I asked her if the register gave her a total to give back. She replied oh yes . Pulled up to get my food and was told to pull around to the front to get my food. I pulled around to the front which is very dangerous because you have patrons going in and out as well as cars lining up for the drive thru. I laterally waited another 18 minutes to get one sandwich. I put the straw in my soda and it was nothing but seltzer water. NEVER AGAIN at this location!!!
Initially, I waited just 10 minutes in the car drive-thru before opting to place my order at the kiosk. I observed that the staff were not wearing gloves, and one employee was coughing into their hands while handling food. It appeared that there was no handwashing policy in effect. Furthermore, I noticed a woman scratch her face and then continue serving food without washing her hands. This McDonald's was by far the worst experience I've had. I waited around 30 minutes in line, and I saw several cars leave because their orders weren’t being taken. They serve five cars on one side while others are left waiting endlessly. I’d rather drive five miles to a different location than come here, even though it’s just down the street. The service is awful, and my orders are frequently incorrect. I’m genuinely curious about who owns this place and why customer experience seems to be such a low priority.

At many McDonald’s locations, the food can often be lukewarm, stale, or taste old. However, I visit this particular location a few times a week, and it consistently feels fresher than others. There are a couple of staff members here whose names I don’t know, but their enthusiasm always brightens my day.
I waited in the drive-thru for nearly an hour, and by the time I reached the last window, they still hadn't located my order. I ordered a caramel iced coffee, and what I received was disappointing. It seems like they're rushing orders inside, as I waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru. They really need to improve their drink preparation. An iced coffee shouldn't be dark; it looked more like sweet tea.
