We live in the area and frequent this McDonald's, unfortunately it's the closest one to us. Time after time we see and hear the staff making fun of customers, loud and obnoxious, not the slightest bit professionallism. Tonights young lady at the back drive through window said there was no 1's and wanted to know if we would take quarters instead of 1's. Not a big deal we paid with our card and suggested to the young lady that they let people know at the speaker that they don't have change. She proceeded to get on her head set to ask for change and said that we were being rude. We pulled up to the next window and ask to speak with a manager. I do Not frequent McDonalds because I believe the quality of any Fast chain restaurant should depict positive vibes with every bite for each and every Customer. With that being said, I haven't been there in over 3.5 years. Today, being in a rush for work and craving French fries I went to this Newly opened location in Gulfport. I decided to SPLURGE and order the DOUBLE Pounder combo. I just got home to change and THIS is What I received!!! Not only did that Not give me a reciept( probably to keep their number forcomplaints Secrets) But just Look at this THIN frisbee. And this is at 1: 40pm
on the receipt it states advise us very satisfied to a free sand which, since we are in the age of truth. this is why mcdonald’s has high ratings but the worst customer service and satisfaction from all almost food. this is called blackmail in which mcdonald’s is black mailing customers for high ratings even if they do not hold the high rating. Sounds as if it was as a US government. it would also not surprise me if mcdonald’s was government owned as it sees government operated .and $9 for 2 breakfast sandwases!? not to spread money with this clown anymore!
I visited this McDonald's during dinner time and experienced some issues with the system not accepting my code. I want to thank the manager for assisting me. It appears that the system was frequently going offline. Instead of causing a scene, the manager quickly resolved the issue and my fries were hot and sweet tea was delicious. The restaurant was clean when I went inside to get ketchup. I believe the night crew at this McDonald's does a good job. They were mostly young but worked efficiently. We need more dedicated workers like them on the north side. Réservez une table maintenant
Absolutely terrible customer service and terrible food presentation. Everytime I pull up to the window to receive my food they practically throw my food in my car and don't say a word to me. They slam the window shut before I can even ask for ketchup or anything. Also I ordered a big Mac tonight and the sandwhich was completely fallen apart. The sandwhich was in 2 pieces and I wound up just eating it with a fork...
This McDonalds is a train wreck. Not even busy and they can't get things done right. I ordered a McDouble No Onions, but got an overcooked single with soggy fries. A guy came in at same time from the drive through. They told him to pull over to one of the parking spots and then left him there for 20 minutes without his food.
Went thru drive-thru yesterday morning took forever like 15minutes just to order not sure the hold up 6am? The clerk says do you want your change??? Really??? I said yeah Ive been waiting for you to give it to me! The nerve. I said oh its a rich neighborhood you think n drove off. Very unprofessional n needs Fixed ASAP.
During my visit to this restaurant, I was impressed by the freshness of the sandwiches and fries, which were almost too hot to eat. The drive-thru was fast and efficient, and everyone was polite. Overall, the restaurant was well-managed and outshone the McDonald's in St. Pete Beach in terms of quality. Réservez une table maintenant
