I experienced the worst service I've ever had in New York City at this restaurant. During my ten minutes there, the server was banging on the bathroom door loudly. She was shouting and even snatched my phone out of my hand while I was trying to record a video of her “great customer service.” In my 30 years of life, I've never encountered anything like this.
The food was freshly made and not reheated. The nuggets and fries was recently made and it was hot.One of the best McDonald?s I have went to. It was really clean and with a lot of sitting. Part of the restaurant was outside so you can see everything
False opening hours showed up at 3am to a restaurant which was 24 hours to find it closed also then walked to 102 1st Avenue (10009), it was also a 24 McDonald’s and it was also closed despite Google’s hours. Absolutely disgraceful
Terrible service even for a McDonald's. Have given me the wrong order on 3 separate occasions, and once with a hair in it. Most of the time they fill the fries half full. I don't go to McDonald's to feel like I'm being ripped off. Réservez une table maintenant

Fast service the chicken sandwich did not taste fresh the stawberry shake was excellent the fries were good hot tasty good seating atmosphere hig prices in nyc
My sons happy meal was missing the dessert (apples) and the milk; lucky the toy was here; already back home so too late I guess ????
