I hope you never have to park to the side and wait for your food at this restaurant. My family refers to it as the "park of death" because you are often forgotten. Yesterday, I was the only car waiting for a large order of fries. Several cars went through the drive-thru, but then nothing - just me waiting. I couldn't wait any longer, so I left without my food. I have had to honk my horn or yell out to the service window multiple times. Once, they told me that my order was deleted off the screen and they didn't realize I was waiting. I live close to this place, so I go from time to time to him for comfort, but I try to honestly avoid. I will always be asked to wait in a bay for my simple order, or my order is wrong. Disgusting service from the store manager today at 11.45am in the drive through got the order totaly wrong rude threw the bags on the counter spoke to the girl at the window rude she is definitely not manager material rude arrogant when ask to speak to her she just walked off will never go back to this store get rid of her if the staff are suppose to learn from her rude is being nice in what I thought of her disgusting attitude go get a job were you don't work with customers
