McDonalds at Gordon is quite a good place to eat. The staff are very courteous and quick. The food is good - as all McDonalds are. It is a great place to go if you want to eat out of the normal hours - as they are open early and stay open till late. I hate to be critical and always look for the best in everything but the only negative thing I'd say is that this McDonalds isn't as "inviting" as other ones. It has no actual "attractive" features as other McDonalds have and it often could do with its tables (and sometimes floors) being somewhat cleaner.
At 10:10 in the morning, I was surprised to see two staff members on their phones instead of attending to customers. I also noticed that some tables were not wiped clean. When I went to use the ladies' toilet, I was disgusted to find it seriously filthy with excrement on the back of the bowl and the lid. I complained to the manager, who was in the office at the back of the shop and not overseeing the operations.

This burger manufacturer who has his headphones on, even if the manager said, also take it off, has ruined my burger several times. hes attitude is not acceptable. I won't come back if he's still working there. iv eats here for...the last 5 years to 3 times a week. Let him go! He is very rude and must learn a lesson

The premises are large, airy clean but as always Macdonald's food can be disappointing. We have been there several times for breakfast sometimes it is OK sometimes clearly the food has been cooked some time prior, the hash browns will lovely hot... the next time cold hard...hence can be unreliable.
This was truly the best Mcdonald's experience I've ever had. The burgers were crispy and fresh, the nuggets were delicious with two sauces to choose from. The staff was pleasant, polite, and efficient. It's worth noting that we were both sober and visited in the afternoon at 3:00 for a late lunch.
In my living memory, this is quite possibly the best Mcdonalds experience I have had. Crispy, fresh most burger shaped burger, great nuggets (came with 2 sauces). Pleasant, polite and efficient staff. Please note, we were both sober and attended at 3pm in the afternoon for a late lunch.
The food and service is consistent with other McDonald's restaurants. The doecor however is dated and needs an update.

I went to this store when i wanted to buy a family dinner box as i was very hungry.
For a McDonalds, its ok. Good for your cheap start to the day.
