I ordered from this branch via the McDonald’s app. A Big Mac meal, a Quarter Pounder meal, and two cheeseburgers. The Quarter Pounder burger was missing. I only got the fries and drink. I contacted Uber Eats, and they refunded me just £2.34, then told me to reorder the burger myself for £9.75 (with delivery and service fees). I didn’t bother reordering – why should I pay extra for their mistake? Uber Eats customer service was useless, and McDonald’s virtual assistant might as well not exist. There’s no way to contact the restaurant directly, so you’re basically stuck hoping for the best. Think twice before ordering – and cross your fingers, because if something goes wrong, they won’t fix it....
We ordered for a group of 9 people while traveling on a train, and this McDonald’s was one of the few where our entire order was correct. There was a designated queue for the ordering screens with a security guard monitoring. It was quite busy with a large crowd waiting to pick up their orders. The food was served promptly, so we had no complaints. Overall, it was a decent McDonald’s, but it could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness, which is why it lost a star in our review.
This MacDonalds was incredibly disorganized. Upon entering, we were greeted by a strong smell of urine. It took 40 minutes to be served with just a few drinks and 2 melted ice creams that had been sitting out for too long. My son had to use the restroom, which required a code to enter, and even he remarked on how unpleasant they were. Overall, this was not a dining experience I would care to repeat.
eating came fast and special requests were followed; the place was not very clean. free tables had traces and eat on them and müll was not deleted. the personal was sliding around the opening conversation. while I was waiting for my food, someone came from the street and started digging through the müll who was looking for food. the workers were too busy talking to the division.

amazing experience. used order by app for the first time and it was great to plan the 8 meal times that I had to order for my young birthday. the team was great and got it all spot on, hot and offered help to the table, although there was a mental busy lunchtime with orders thick and fast. I had not expected it to be as smooth as it turned out. happy days.
I love everything, but please — save our burgers from shrinking! We pay good money, yet the burgers keep getting smaller and smaller. Feed the burger too, so at least it feels like a real burger and not just a sticker placed between two buns! The pickles are never removed, even after multiple times requesting it. The restaurant used to be accommodating with custom orders, but that is no longer the case.

Not very clean. No access to the ordering area if you have a push chair. Lift was not working and no one even bother to offer any help.
Disgusting What is this? The burger was so dry I need a kick in my through to swallow it
