do not use this place if you have mental health. Esp if worse durning lockdown if u just want half hour away from kids family life or just a brew to yourself ... i left crying cleaning staff on floor is a power triping woman where covid rules have gone to your head.. then goes to someone else customer and starts talking about me no morals at all not sure if it comes under confidentialy or not but im not happy one bit. After this im also calling head office.. cant treat People like this...

We came here this evening and weren’t allowed in because of no masks fair enough, we didn’t have our masks they didn’t have to let us in! But as we were leaving, someone who knew the managers name and the manager also knew by name was allowed in WITHOUT A MASK!!!! Not in uniform and went to the desk to order food which is what we weren’t allowed to do. Absolutely fair to not let us in without masks, but to have a different rule for the manager’s friends? Well that’s not ok.

After queuing for 30 mins at the drive through, tap and payed , sat at pay window for 2 mins before moving on to collection window, was then sent to the last window to be told the card hadn’t worked when tapped... asked if I could try again as the account was fine. Was told I’d have to queue and go round again ... didn’t bother... ‘Kin idiots

Every time I go here, the food is always cold and never fresh. I have been to other McDonalds and they have always been fresh and the foo piping hot. This needs addressing as this is simply unacceptable. I have complained so many times and nothing has ever been done about it.

went to eat at McDonald's today got turned away that I needed to wear a mask when the restaurant was full of people with no mask on. Was it because am black just to let McDonald's staff know the virus cant see what colour you are
