Obviously the staff doesn't know how to read just-eat orders. I ordered extra sauce (paid) and left a comment about it, but nothing upon delivery. So yes, an oversight can happen, but it's almost with every order that there is a surprise like this. Nothing to complain about with the extremely friendly delivery man. But McDonalds would be nice to deliver what you charge! Between Crissier and Renens it’s a disaster.

Many times I go there I live right next door and it is clear that they do not know how to make portions of fries. You pay for a medium and you end up with a small because they do not know how to fill the fries correctly. portions!
