Absolutely avoid this McDonalds at all costs. I don’t eat at McDonalds because the local ones are a disgrace but this morning I went there to get two breakfast meals because I was asked to. Firstly, got in the driveway at the speaker to be ignored because of the two lanes, they served two cars that arrived at the other lane after me while saying to me ‘I’m taking payment, I’ll be a minute’. Eventually placed my order for two identical bacon roll meals queued while cars areas were obviously waiting at the window for food so I waited a few minutes to pay and then at least 5 minutes went by while the car’s ahead of me waited, then the car immediately ahead of me, which was distinctive was asked...
What have I just been too….. yes I know it’s a “ fast “ food “ restaurant “ but, I have to say how disgusting this McDonald’s is. Put it this way- midges everywhere, smelt rotten, staff didn’t talk to us and took 20 minutes for two Medium cokes to be made. Then to top it all off…… I opened my cup, 4 midges were floating in my coke. Disgusting I will be emailing the Food Standards Agencies regarding this matter. If you are reading this, please do read more of the reviews- and don’t eat here . Apart from that, turn your McFlurry machines on!!
Waited over 90 minutes for food it came ice cold couldn’t eat a thing! We received the wrong drinks too so didn’t like them and was yet again unable to drink them. This isn’t the first time I swore ages ago I would never come back as every single time there are multiple issues but I gave them benefit of the doubt again and now here I am having issues again. Need to stop employing kids and give some proper training. A blind monkey could do a better job
I went through an empty drive through so great ordering experience until the final window to be asked to park up, no spaces to park up as the previous 10 cars where also asked to do the same! 20 minutes later and im still waiting whilst watching deliveroo and just eat drivers come and go!!! No longer a drive through more like an online ordering service i wonder whether they get commission from the delivery companies

Literally the worst mcdonalds i've had had food from, food looks like it was slapped together by a 6 year old, cold, ordered 20 chicken nuggets and received ZERO sauces, what kind of person thinks that if you order something that quite obviously meant to be dipped in sauce doesnt need sauce with it?! will never go here again, should be shut down or have the staff sacked for being useless.
Never Eating Mcdonalds Again. Ordered MC Crispy with fries drink. MC Crispy wasn 't cooked properly and had blood oozing out of burger. Fries were cold. When I complained staff swore at me only Gordon Ramsey can complain you beep . Emailed McDonalds complaining what happened. Plus emailed Food Agencies so they can see for themselves. I sent photos.
Probably the worst McDonalds I’ve been in. Used twice this year and so slow, even mid-afternoon when it’s not that busy. Food is barley hot when you get it. They’re too busy sorting out Just Eat Deliveroo type orders and if you go in the place they aren’t bothered
Was missing all the sauces and a double cheeseburger. But they gave me a big McFlurry so I can’t complain. Glad they messed up tbh I told me bird we should of gone kfc but she never listened haha rather her 30 quid than mine

Very poor show. Mc donalds have lost customer service. Absolutly a shambles. Very poor indeed i know lets move with the times. But this is well not for me any more
