Meadowsweet With Rooms

Our lunch at Meadowsweet was one of the best meals we’ve had in a long while. The front of house team were amazing. Helpful and friendly service. We really liked that the chefs brought out each course and explained what we were going to be eating. The menu was seasonal with the provenance of the food explained and where possible locally sourced. Beautifully and delicately cooked food, not too pretentious. I would most definitely go back again, hopefully getting a table will not become too difficult. Great job team, you smashed!

Simply: wow! The tasting menu was spectacular. Every course exquisite and imaginative, each introduced to us by a chef from the kitchen with knowledge, insight and enthusiasm. We also chose to take the matched flight of wines by the glass well worth it, with some really interesting wines all chosen by the maitre d' proprietor. A truly special experience that I thoroughly recommend. Food: 5

Amazing experience, the staff is lovely, the food is delicious. Excellent value for money, as an Italian I can say that it is the best Michelin restaurant I have ever tried so far in the UK. Highly recommended! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £100+
