Mecca Bah Brisbane

We arrived at 8pm. There was a line at the entry but no host. Someone eventually came and after we had given our name and it was crossed off, we were told an earlier booking was still at our table and could we wait 10 minutes. Or sit at a table right at the entry. We had booked more than a week before. We were also asked if we would like the Valentines Day set menu (without being shown it) At this point we were considering finding somewhere else but decided to sit outside on a big table. It was a bit cold and very overlit. We asked for menus, choosing the a la carte one. The food and wine arrived about three different waiters served us. The food was just OK the chicken wings somewhat dry ins...

On a chilly winter evening, we found ourselves at a restaurant that unfortunately had no heating. We had to bundle up to stay warm. The atmosphere was lacking compared to our previous dining experience at Meccah Bah in Broadbeach. The food was tasty, but we were only able to try one out of the four dishes we ordered. The prices were on the high side, with an average of $18 for small dishes of Chaos.

Once again a wonderful meal. The food is always delicious, served beautifully. Service is outstanding and the new windows enclosing the restaurant make a big difference, especially with winter coming. Feels a lot cosier and is warmer. Lovely atmosphere .

Unfortunately a birthday celebration was marred by terrible service. Staff were scarce and needing continual prompting to take orders. Food and drinks took excessive time to arrive even though the restaurant was not busy. VERY disappointing indeed. Réservez une table maintenant

The staff who served us were friendly, but we had to wait for an hour before receiving our pizza, which arrived cold. We had visited Mecca a few times before and were disappointed this time after some previously good experiences.

Loved the vibe of Mecca Bah, felt quite fancy. The food was excellent and the service even better. All the staff were so friendly. Will definitely recommend to friends and we'll be back!

likes the place and the staff are friendly enough, but gluten-free option means they get less food and still pay for the same price instead of gluten-free food.

Great atmosphere, the staff was always attentive, cocktails were fantastic and the meals were enough serving wise. Definitely back.
