Mediterranean Greek Tavern

We had the most wonderful Saturday night at this amazing restaurant. Right from the start the staff we very attentive, helpful and cheerful. The food was the best Greek food I’ve ever eaten and the restaurant was lively and fun with the amazing band playing tunes all night. We ate delicious food, laughed, danced and drank the best night I’ve had in such a long time. I can’t wait to return with so many of my friends and blow them away with how amazing this restaurant is. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

This place is fantastic! I just moved into the area and adore this place! The cuisine is fresh, traditional and healthy! The service is fabulous treated like family! It caters for a wide range and family friendly! It reinforces to me I made the right decision moving to Elsternwick! It has been open for many years and always busy which is a good reflection given the many restaurants/competition in the street!

Food was absolutely delicious. From the dips to the fried eggplant, lamp skewers and baklava! Couldnt recommend more. Have left feeling very full and happy. Not only was the food delicious but Perry (owner) and his staff provided great customer service. You really felt like you were in a family owned greek resturant in Greece!! Will 100% return

Excellent restaurant , attended tonight and was very busy , I can see why. The food was delicious and all worth the recommendation John suggested. I would recommend the mixed banquet and plenty of food for a group of 4. Good , quick and attentive service complimented by fine cooking. Réservez une table maintenant

Outstanding service and food! Perry the head chef is such a delight taking the time to chat and showing interest in us as patrons. I come here regularly and I can assure you that I will be back again! I recommend this restaurant to all! Do yourself a favour and visit.

We have been to this restaurant several times and the food is fabulous. Each time we have ordered either the meat share platter or the mixed platter. They give you a free basket of Turkish bread and follow up at the end with free baklava. Highly recommended.

We are local so just walked in. We did not have a booking but were given Good friendly service and enjoyed the food. We will be back
