Situado en la carretera que une las Marinas y el puerto de Dénia, este restaurante llama la atención por su innovadora arquitectura, entrar significa descubrir un montón de objetos de diseño elegidos con buen gusto y darte cuenta que su cliente no es el típico turista extranjero de bermuda y chanclas. Ejecutivos con traje de chaqueta y gente de la zona (muchos extranjeros) son sus principales clientes. Lo que vereis nada más entrar es el oyster bar, un espacio para disfrutar de un plato de ostras con champán, un aperitivo, o del conseguido menú del día. Esta parte de abajo del restaurante es el MEDITERRASIAN del que veis las fotos de algunos de sus menús. Arriba el comedor mas serio PEIX BRASES, también de acero y cristal, permite contemplar unas espléndidas vistas del Mediterráneo, los platos más elaborados, y los precios considerablemente más caros. La carta se basa en marisco y gamba de la zona, además de fusionar nuestra cocina con la oriental, cosa que no tuve la oportunidad de probar. Buey de Kobe, pescado a la brasa o el típico pulpo seco son otras especialidades que se pueden degustar en este exclusivo lugar.

located on the road that links the marinas and the port of dénia, this restaurant attracts attention for its innovative architecture, entering means discovering a lot of design objects chosen with good drop and realize that your client is not the typical foreign tourist of bermuda and chanclas. executives in a jacket suit and local people (many foreigners) are so top quality customers. what you will see is the oyster bar, a space to enjoy a dish of oysters with champagne, an appetizer or the successful menu of the day. This part of the restaurant is the mediterranean that you see the photos of some of the menus. up the most serious dining room of the peix bras, also of steel and glass, allows to contemplate a splendid view of the Mediterranean, the most elaborate dishes, and the prices considerably more expensive the menu is based on seafood and shrimp of the area, besides merging our kitchen with the oriental, something I did not have the opportunity to try. kobe ox, grilled fish or typical dry octopus are other specialties that can be tested in this exclusive place.

Hemos acudido a este restaurante unas cinco veces este invierno. Donde hemos llegado a probar desde el menú hasta platos variados de la carta y todo lo que hemos probado estaba “simplemente delicioso”. Todo preparado de una forma exquisita hasta el mas mínimo detalle. El precio varía, si eliges el menú o si pides a la carta siendo en este caso una media de 25 o 30 euros por persona, incluyendo una botella de vino de los normalitos de su extensa carta que es lo que encarece la cuenta final. El personal muy atento y correcto en todo momento. Ver fotos de una de las veces que acudimos a comer al mediodía.
