Very disappointed with staffs and foods and atmospheres. Should’ve taken pictures of issues but don’t want to make scenes in restaurantThe first time I came here the food was brilliant but the customer service was ok, we thought we would go again because the food was so nice but this time the food was rubbish and the customer service was abysmal!Sat at the table in the restaurant for more than 10 minutes waiting to be seen and provided menu and served 2 cola more than 20 mins late. 4 members of staff have walked passed us without even aknowIedging us and no one checked or asked if we were okFor main I ordered a chicken shish and it’s only 5 pieces for £15.95 !!!! I was so hungry that I and my friend decided to taste this restaurant. I don't think I had Turkish food so well in my life. I ordered the lamb chops that came with rice and salad. What do you want me to say? eating was absolutely lovely. something as simple as rice even tasted so delicious. the service I received from omar was exceptional. I ordered about 3 drinks and omar was happy to serve me and my friend each time. he is an outstanding employee member. a credit to the restaurant. I'm not from milton keynes, but be assured that I'll come to melis every time I'm here.

we visited a themenpark in milton keynes and decided to come here after we have read all Rave reviews so glad that we! we had no reservation and it was a bank holiday, but we sat immediately happy. delicious food, we enjoyed everything we ordered, also received free bread with dives while we waited for our food. excellent service by all employees, especially 1 young waitress, who felt so welcome to my daughter. highly recommended.

I wonder how this restaurant has 4.5 starTo my experienced when I visited there on my birthday with my family on December their food was awful and tasteless, while the price isn’t cheap eitherWe ordered shared menu, we have never experienced anything bad like thatWe will never ever visit there again

Bit slow to get organised as we were a large party and were initially put in top room but this was too small and like an echo box so we eventually moved to an atrium patio area which was a lot better. It took so long to get drinks and food but well worth it when it arrived

I came here for my sister's birthday. not to lie, that was the best Turkish restaurant that I have ever been with the staff, are friendly and can't wait to come back when I visited milton keynes.
