We stopped here for some dessert after eating lunch nearby. Unfortunately, it was a horrible experience with the yogurt being grainy and runny. The staff aren’t very inviting and just stood there talking instead of welcoming their guests. They did have a lot of toppings but the seats and tables were dirty and not cleaned. There was even a point when both staff members went to the back and left the front area with no service person, even with customers coming in. This is not an establishment we’re going to return to.
Came here after lunch with my kids for some good dessert. Instead got disappointed. When we walked in cashier seemed to be lost. And the fresh toppings they have are not so fresh. Best thing they have here is the pineapple dole whip. Other than that way below expectations for this brand.and when it came time to pay the cashier was gone and we had to wait for her to come back. While our froyo was melting. I don 't think I 'll be back here.
I had a few samples that all tasted so sour. Then I went with my usual toasty marshmallow and a little bit of chocolate. The chocolate was super sour and I saw the B rating on the door I should have thrown it away and left. I started getting sick in the middle of the night and two days later, I’m till sick. I’ve lost over 5 pounds from being this sick. I’ll never go back to Menchies in La Mirada again. Service: Dine in
This location is right next to Pieology. I like that they always have pineapple, chocolate and vanilla in stock. As well as some fun featured flavors they change every month. They're clean and the machines are always working. I prefer to come here even though Tutti-frutti and Yogurt land is closer to my house. The drive is worth it.

Poor customer service, the attendant there ignore us most of the time due to be focusing more on her phone. If this place had a self check out, it would have been a better experience. We asked for lids and spoons, but the attendant just walked away on us to be on her phone. Service: Takeaway Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Pretty good froyo. They seem to change up their flavors quite often which is pretty good. Really like their pineapple and Tahitian vanilla with coconut milk.
Tasty treats, what bad can you say. Return customer incentive card for $5 credit.
Everytime I go there the workers are always happy with good frozen yogurt
