HOLY HECK.......I am pretty tolerant and am not a germ a phobe by any means but this place is scary! I love me my Menchies but this will absolutely be the last time I venture to this location. Half the flavors were empty, absolutely little to no choices of toppings and the card reader was down on this Sunday afternoon, which i understand, stuff happens but it was amusing watching the uninterested teen working there get aggravated when he had to look up from his cell phone to let guests know about the cash only or to ring my order up. If your not going to use the chairs and tables for whatever reason, don't leave them stacked in the store in a mess.........avoid this place.
We arrived about 40 minutes before closing, but all the chairs were already stacked. Many of the yogurt flavors were unavailable, and the toppings didn’t appeal to me—options like condensed milk, cake batter, and mochi aren’t my favorites. I ended up choosing a flavor I didn’t enjoy and toppings that didn’t suit my taste either. On top of that, the staff member helping us spent most of the time on his phone and only looked up to say goodbye as we left. He wasn’t even wearing a uniform, just a regular shirt. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

The staff member on the phone hides in the back for several minutes and can’t seem to put down his phone to help. He only checks it reluctantly. The place is poorly maintained; machines are broken and some items are missing. Does the owner even care? It’s ridiculous, especially for $17.

Do you even read your own reviews? My last four visits—including today’s, which will be my last—have been very disappointing. The guy on the phone stays hidden in the back for several minutes, then comes out still focused on his phone. He checks you out with a bad attitude and seems completely indifferent. The machines are broken, and many toppings are missing. It feels like the owners just don’t care. It’s absurd to pay $17 for this. Goodbye!
This place has gone downhill. Cash only due to broken machine, ants on the machines (let the guys know but didn?t care, empty toppings, all the chairs and tables are stacked and can?t use, all the posters and signs are old, can?t use the bathroom, theonly worker was on his phone the entire time. I would stay clear of this place.
Twice we have been here during posted store hours and they have been closed. One time I consider a fluke but twice is ridiculous. Things are hard to staff right now but change your posted hours to not inconvenience customers unhappy toddlerswho expect a special treat make for an extra inconvenience
