Very unfortunate event with one of the employees. My sister and I had put mochee in our bowl and noticed it didn 't look good so we picked it from our bowl and tried it, at which time the employee snapped at us with an aggressive tone with Can you stop! My sister and I were caught off guard since we did not know that rule was in place. Regardless, we did not appreciate being spoken to in a belittling tone. Following that comment, she turns to another girl who did not appear to be an employee and said what, like they couldn 't hear me the first time? . Was in town visiting family and was craving frozen yogurt. I’m a big fan of cheesecake bites so I put a ton on my frozen yogurt, unfortunately I think they might have been a little old because they tasted funny : other than that, it was pretty good.
I've always left satisfied and full after dining here. The flavors and toppings are absolutely delicious. My only critique is that the space can feel a bit cramped and may become overwhelming when it's crowded.

Decent yogurt but horrible customer service. If your going to hire kids to run your store, train them about how to treat customers right. Won’t be coming back.
I really enjoy Menchie’s. It’s a wonderful healthy option for my 5-year-old son, who adores ice cream. The staff is friendly, and the place is very clean.
The restaurant is clean, offers delicious food, provides quick service, and serves almost healthy snacks.
