Absolutely delicious. Had lunch on a Friday afternoon, first time customer. Some of the most beautiful pizza presentation I've ever seen. Everything was amazingly fresh and flavorful.Definitely the best pizza I've had in the Olympia area so far.I usually get half cheese half pepperoni, but I'll only order margherita next time because they are very generous with their portions. The food here at Mercato is superb! Moving from the San Francisco Bay Area 12 years ago, I have always missed the rich hearty Italian food. I think I may have found the place that makes my heart happy. Service is always a 10, Drinks are made to perfection I typically go for a manhattan or old fashion. My go to favorite is the antipasti salmon, calamari bites a must have, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Brb headed to grab my coat!
Great experience on the patio. Pasta tasted great, server was wonderful, and weather was perfect. Pricing was more than reasonable and we had a genuinely positive experience.
Food was amazing. The pumpkin ravioli dish was delicious. Disappointed that they charge 3 percent fee for using credit card. Cash next time. !
