This small artisanal, family-run bakery is a true original with fresh-tasting, delicious food and friendly, thoughtful service. We've eaten at many bakeries in the Laurentians, and no else even comes close to this place. They serve breakfasts and lunches as well. The place is very small with a charming minimalist decor, and also has a lovely terrasse out back, overlooking a forest. They often use creative flavours combined in just the right proportions, and their food is beautifully presented. Recommended: their breakfast sandwich, the chocolate chip cookie with chai flavouring, and the cheddar-celery seed bread. Definitely looking forward to trying more!

This place is a bakery where you can sit and enjoy great food, coffee or teas.. The menu is simple and that makes it easy to choose and everything is wonderful. Please try this place. There were people coming to buy the fresh bread and sweet goods constantly, and it appeared that as much as they baked the bread just flew off the shelves. Our visit was in the winter, and it was cramped due to all the bakery activity, which we enjoyed witnessing. There was flour in the air and the smells were divine.

If by chance you can be there when Albert Elbilia is making his unique "Root Bread", so special, so differen, so good. The particularity of this bread is the deep yellow color given by the tumeric roots. This bread is very special to eat as it is or with a very nice salad or even improve you sandwich with this unique bred. You'll wait for the next time it will be baked again. If it's not the day of that bread try any other ones they are all special with a touch of "je ne sais quoi".

Merci,j'ai adorée ma visite,ma soupe..pourquoi pois froid,et ma tartine au 3 radis sur lit de chevre,arrosée par un latté froid était tout à fait délicieux. petite boulangerie avec des personnes chaleureuses qui travaillent fort,le Sourire aux lèvres,pleins d'attentions...la préparation cru,donnait déjà un avant goût délectable.Merci,Merci la Vie de vous avoir découvert.

Vous ne trouverez pas de meilleure boulangerie dans Les Laurentides. Toute l’équipe est extra-ordinaire ainsi que la gamme de produits que vous y trouverez. Un stop incontestable sur le chemin des vacances et pour nous, un boulanger de village qui vous fera oublier pour toujours l’idée d’acheter du pain en épicerie... on est ailleurs!

Cette pm , je suis arrêté acheter une Fesse encore toute chaude , arriver à la maison , lorsque j’ai goûté , je suis tombé su’l cul Merci à vous tous qui avez contribué à ce plaisir gustatif

Loved it, the breads are awesome. Made the old fashion way, the dough set for 50 hours before it is cooked. The results is fantastic! Oh, and there's our brunch dessert:)

It may not look like much driving by but it your window is open you can't help but smell that fresh bread & croissants! Totally worth the stop!

Best breakfast , best breads, best Muffulata sandwich, best cakes ..... shall we say everything is the best ? Yes
